The store is downstairs (near the executive shuttle hallway). The elevator leads to the save station and work bench. However, it is also very far away from all the points in the chapter, so you need to constantly bring items back to the store/bench if you are scavenging successfully. The save room in this chapter is very valuable, since there will only be one enemy (at the very end).
